Elvyna is a specialized finance and M&A professional with a background in mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, corporate leadership and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. With a proven track record in both multinational corporations and entrepreneurial ventures, she brings a thoughtful and practical approach to deal making, risk management, and business transformation.

Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Nihon M&A Center Malaysia, Elvyna supports business owners and stakeholders through various stages of mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on strategic alignment, integration planning, and value creation. Her role involves deal origination, cross-border deal execution, due diligence, and post-merger integration, supported by her certifications from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA).

In her earlier roles, Elvyna worked in both multinational corporations and entrepreneurial settings, focusing on business strategy, operational improvements, managing regional compliance efforts, and leadings teams in handling financial crime risk across Southeast Asia.

Alongside her main roles, Elvyna has contributed to industry discussions as a speaker, including at the webinar “Special Considerations for M&A in a Pandemic World: The Southeast Asian Perspective”, an event co-hosted by Dentons Rodyk in 2020, and MDX 2023, an event hosted by MDEC in collaboration with Nihon M&A Center Malaysia.
