Vanessa Choy is a Deal Manager at Nihon M&A Center Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.. With her experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, she supports businesses in achieving growth strategies and resolving challenges, including but not limited to succession planning through strategic M&A solutions – with a strong focus on Malaysia-Japan transactions.
Her expertise spans the full M&A lifecycle – from deal origination, pre-deal evaluation and valuation, to due diligence and agreements negotiation support. Vanessa is especially passionate about helping corporates and founder-led businesses realise long-term value through meaningful mergers and partnerships.
Prior to joining Nihon M&A Center Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Vanessa was part of the corporate finance division at a leading regional investment bank, where she worked on various advisory mandates including but not limited to initial public offerings and corporate exercises for publicly listed companies.
