He has led transactions across diverse industries, including but not limited to Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), halal skincare, and food & beverage (F&B). These include transactions involving Japanese buyers acquiring Malaysian companies, Malaysian buyers acquiring Japanese companies, and domestic Malaysian-to-Malaysian acquisitions, reflecting his broad cross-border and local deal-making expertise.
Prior to joining Nihon M&A Center, Julius built his career in business banking and corporate finance, giving him deep familiarity with the challenges and aspirations of business owners.
